Calgary International Film Festival Online

The 2005 International Film Festival will take place September 23-October 2. The schedule went online today.

Nice feature: you can mark films and add them to your private schedule. Too bad that noone told me about the early-bird special on festival passes, which ended yesterday.

Too bad I didn't realize most people buy tickets in advance and didn't get to watch the movie I had planned to watch.

The Film Festival is over but there is no reason why we can't watch great films all year long. There are no shortage of great movies that come to Calgary's theatres. I have looked all over and there seems to be no organized Movie Club. If you want to get together with a group of Movie Lovers to watch films at local theatres, contact me at calgarymovieclub[at]gmail.com
I would like to get a club started.
